- Students should arrive at school at least five minutes before the first bell rings. Anyone who is late to school more than three times in a year may not be admitted to class without the permission of the Principal.
- It is strictly compulsory for every child to come to school in full school uniform. Children without proper uniform will not be admitted to their classes.
- At the sound of the first bell, all students should assemble and take their allotted places in front of the school assembly stage for prayer, from where they will proceed in silence to their respective classrooms. On Saturdays, all pupils of Classes I–XII should bring their diaries to the assembly for the practice of hymns.
- Every pupil must possess a school diary and bring it to school daily. Pupils must not tear any pages from the diary or write anything unrelated to school work. Any breach of this rule will be dealt with accordingly.
- If a teacher does not arrive in class within two minutes after the bell, the second monitor should report it to the office, while the first monitor should maintain order and discipline in the class until a substitute teacher arrives.
- No books (other than those used in class or taken from the school library), magazines, or newspapers may be brought to school without the Principal’s written permission.
- Exchange of articles or money transactions between students is not allowed.
- Any damage to school property must be compensated.
- Although every care will be taken of the pupils’ belongings, the school authorities will not be responsible for any loss or theft. Pupils are advised not to bring valuable items such as gold chains, rings, bracelets, electronic devices, watches, etc. Parents are requested to discourage their children from bringing such items.
- Running, playing, or shouting inside the school building is strictly prohibited.
- Every student is expected to uphold the high standards of discipline of the school by demonstrating good conduct, manners, and cleanliness both inside and outside the school.
- The school uniform is compulsory at the school functions, unless instructed otherwise.
- All students must cooperate in maintaining cleanliness. Papers, food particles, and other waste should not be thrown on the school premises or in classrooms but must be disposed of in the bins provided.
- A medical certificate is required for exemption from Physical Education. A fresh certificate must be submitted for each academic year.
- Pupils and parents are not permitted to give individual or collectivEngaging private tutors without consulting the Principal is discouraged, as it may hinder real academic progress. Staff members are not allowed to take private tuition for students of this school.
- Any communication from parents should be addressed to the Principal. All correspondence from the school to parents or guardians will be routed through the Principal.
- Any collection of funds for any purpose requires the Principal’s approval, and all accounts must be submitted to the school office.
- Students will not be sent home with anyone other than their parents during school hours and must not leave the school premises without prior permission from the Principal. In case of an emergency, the person collecting the child must carry valid identification and a written note from the parents if they are not the parent.
- To maintain discipline, the Principal reserves the right to impose appropriate punishment as deemed necessary.
- All students must wear school uniform on Open Days; otherwise, parents will not be permitted to meet the teachers.
- The use of jewellery (for girls), henna/mehendi, and makeup is not allowed. Keeping long hair open, applying nail polish, or using coloured hairpins is also prohibited.
- It is compulsory for boys to wear a plain white inner vest at all times. Accessories such as bracelets, earrings, chains, rings, etc., are not permitted. Boys must keep their hair short. Senior boys are expected to be clean-shaven (Sikh boys are exempted).
- Students are not permitted to use the school telephone except in urgent cases and with permission.
